1. The service

PSA Reps provides software for creating, storing and synchronising police station attendance records. It is a working tool for accredited legal representatives; it does not provide legal advice, and you remain solely responsible for the content, accuracy and service of your records.

2. Accounts and subscriptions

4. Data

Your case records belong to you. Our processing of them is governed by the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum [LINK]. You are responsible for your own professional-conduct and retention obligations, including ensuring the instructing solicitor receives and retains served records.
